NSPN 152 - Maternal Child Nursing I

3 Credit Hour(s)

This course focuses on the nursing care of childbearing women, newborns and children. Emphasis is placed on the development of clinical judgment as it pertains to the practical nurse. Evidence-based practice, professional standards and legal and ethical responsibilities of the practical nurse is incorporated throughout.

Prerequisite(s): NSPN 122   and NSPN 127  
Corequisite(s): NSPN 157
